Helping Yourself Along the Path to Vibrant Health
The NES system and Infoceuticals can make a significant difference to both your
quality of life and your level of well-being. However, any improvement can be accelerated
if you also help yourself by increasing your health awareness and taking as much
responsibility for your health as possible.
The Infoceuticals provide corrective information to your body-field, which in turn
helps to enhance your physical body’s natural self-healing capabilities. But no
solution ever works in isolation, especially since the most current research has
shown the interrelation of mind-body-spirit. You can participate in the process
of regaining a vibrant state of well-being by integrating health awareness into
everything that you do—from exploring the emotional and physical roots of any health
issues to improving your environment, relationships, home and work situations, diet
and more. We are told, “we are what we think,” and we know now that this is true
to a deeper extent in health than was ever thought possible by previous generations.
So be open to exploring how your attitude and beliefs may be influencing your health
and well-being. Do you want to be well? If so, be vigilant about changing anything—emotional,
physical, environmental, or otherwise—that could prevent you from achieving that
goal.
You Are What You Eat!
Health awareness starts with the fundamentals: what goes into your body to fuel
it and what your body doesn’t need and can process out. You will want to support
your natural state of health by providing your body with the best possible “raw
materials.” While you are taking Infoceuticals—which are working at the level of
the information and energy of your body-field—you will want to support your physical
body, and one of the best ways to do this is through improved nutrition. What you
eat provides the raw fuel for all the processes related to building and repairing
your body and then maintaining good health. As your body works more efficiently,
it may be able to eliminate stored toxins that it has until now been too weak to
deal with. Toxins include environmental chemicals, pesticides, and the like as well
as stress, emotional “tape loops,” negative and self-defeating emotions and the
like.
Here are some strategies for improving your nutrition:
- Choose organic, locally grown foods
- Cook from scratch in order to limit processed foods
- Read labels for sugar, salt and fat content
- Juice with organic vegetables and fruits
- Don’t skip meals, especially breakfast
- Don’t eat too close to bedtime
- Consult a nutritionist at your local clinic or hospital
What Happens When Your Body Kick Starts Itself?
In NES therapy, the Infoceuticals are always started at the lowest number of drops,
so the body-field—and ultimately the body—can adjust and slowly work through any
issues. We know that a weakened body-field usually indicates that the physical body
is not working optimally, so it may not be able to deal well with potential threats,
such as microorganisms, toxins, and such. But as the body regains its strength and
“kick starts” its own self-healing capabilities, all systems are go! Here’s some
of what you might experience, and these symptoms are common no matter what healthcare
system you are using, complementary or allopathic, as you regain your natural state
of well-being:
- As your body recognizes threats and eliminates them (bacteria, viruses and the like),
you may experience flu-like episodes that last from a few hours to a few days. This
generally means your immune system is stronger and working well again!
- Change in color and odor of urine and stools as your body eliminates stored toxins
and other things it doesn’t need.
- Mild fatigue and insomnia, because as your body kick starts itself, it uses more
energy. It may take a few days to equalize itself.
- Increased perspiration, slight muscle aches, mild headaches. Your skin is your largest
organ of elimination, and muscles are known repositories of stored toxins, so you
may experience these symptoms for a few days as indicators that a release is underway.
You can alleviate most of these symptoms by:
- Drinking plenty of water
- Getting adequate rest
- Exercising moderately
- Having massage or body-work or doing yoga or tai chi
- Meditating or using another stress-relief, relaxation technique
- Improving your home environment so it is supportive, relaxing, attractive, inviting,
and nurturing
- Keeping a good attitude, laughing, staying active and engaged in your life
